All participants are responsible for their own transportation and lodging arrangements and payments. If your institution is paying for your lodging, a copy of the Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax Exempt form is provided and should be printed and turned in to your hotel upon arrival.

WeTeach_CS Summit rates are as follows: $34 overnight cars, $44 overnight for oversized vehicles (vans, duallys, F250, etc.) and $20 for daily event parking, pricing subject to change, without notice.
